We are NOT able to provide technical support for software or services provided by third parties including programs provided under CPanel, technical support for each of those products can be obtained via the developer's website.

Changing domain DNS (Nameservers) & Propagation
If you have just signed up for a hosting account, you will need to contact your registrar provider and have your DNS information modified to reflect our server address. Please allow 24-72 hours for domain propagation.
Installing own scripts
You sure can install your own scripts but we do not offer any technical assistance as it would be impossible to determine each scripts' needs. Please seek tech support from the script's vendor.
We are able to install scripts for you for a small fee if you are having troubles, please contact Support for a quote.
