We provide dedicated servers on true server-class hardware. All of our servers contain Genuine Intel Xeon or AMD Opteron processors, ECC registered RAM, SCSI hard drive systems, and certified rackmount cases with eps power supplies. This ensures your server will have the speed and reliability you need and expect.
Servers are located in downtown Tampa, Florida USA, inside a world-class building enabling us
the ability to expand at any time.
The datacenter contains 10,000 square feet of available space for racks, cabinets , cages, and private suites. With 200 watts of power per square foot, 1.8 megawatts, feeds from multiple energy grids and 60 minutes UPS battery time at peak load, as well as diesel generators, you can be sure your server will remain powered on at all times, even in the event of a power outage.
All necessary security measures, such as 24x7 security personnel, key card/keypad access with steel locked doors, fire detection and supression, and closed circuit cameras monitoring every inch of the datacenter. Powerful HVAC systems are installed to ensure the datacenter is of 70F air temperature at all times.
The Tampa network is enormous and fast. We have over 8 gbps of available throughput, with more bandwidth being added almost every month, to ensure that we stay far ahead of our customer's usage, the network consists of 2 transit providers: Level3 Communications and Cogent Communications.
Each transit provider is connected to our network via BGP4 and monitored 24x7, if either of the providers go down, the other will immediately begin routing all traffic away from the offline provider.
We have 3 OC-48 fiber connections. When you combine all this with redundant Cisco routers, you can rest peacefully knowing your server will have the ultimate redundancy.

Note:
We may request a $10 fee per ticket that goes outside of our support boundaries.
These may include problems that have been created as a result of customer changes or problems relating to operating systems or control panels loaded onto the system after our initial setup which aren't strictly supported by us.
Server Setup:
Servers are setup within 24 - 48 hours, Servers are not deployed on weekends.
